How to convert images to PDF
Review the page order and one representative portrait and landscape image before creating the PDF.
- Choose several JPG, JPEG, PNG or WebP images.
- Reorder the thumbnails and rotate any image that is sideways.
- Choose a paper size or Fit image, then select automatic, portrait or landscape orientation.
- Choose Contain to preserve the complete image or Fill when edge cropping is acceptable.
- Set margins, background color and quality based on print or sharing needs.
- Set the file name, create the PDF and check the page count.

A paper size gives every page a predictable canvas. Fit image preserves the source proportions but produces pages with different dimensions.

Local conversion and image privacy
Images are read as browser File objects and assembled into a PDF in browser memory. They are not routinely uploaded to a remote conversion server by this workflow. Large image sets can use substantial memory, so keep the original images and work in smaller batches when a phone or low-memory device slows down.
LIMITATIONS
Limitations and checks
- The tool combines images; it does not recover selectable text from a photo.
- Fill can crop edges, especially when image and page aspect ratios differ.
- Very large photos may make the browser tab slow or cause memory pressure.
- The output page size and quality are independent of the original camera resolution.
