Limitations and export checks
- Numbers are visible page content; they do not rename entries in a PDF viewer sidebar.
- The tool does not automatically detect existing headers, footers or page numbers.
- Forms, annotations, bookmarks, encryption and digital signatures should be checked after export.
- Adding page numbers does not create a table of contents or repair incorrect internal page labels.
