- Do not create misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised stamps.

- Check the final file before relying on it or sending it to another person.
WHAT PDF SEALBOX DOES NOT DO
The tool does not certify the document.
- It does not provide legal advice or notarisation.
- It does not verify signer identity or issue certificates.
- It does not guarantee that a stamp has legal effect in your jurisdiction.
- It does not decide whether a file meets a regulated filing requirement.
01 / FILES AND OUTPUTS
What happens to a file
The website processes PDF files locally in your browser when supported. Workflows create a new output and should not overwrite your source file. If a future feature requires server-side processing, uploaded files should be used only for that operation and deleted after processing.
02 / THIRD PARTIES
Advertising and external services
