01 / THE WORKFLOW
Complete one careful run in four steps.

Choose the source PDF
Select a local PDF and wait for the preview and page count to load.

Select the mark
Choose a preset, upload a transparent PNG, or prepare the same source for a seam seal.

Set scope and placement
Choose pages, scale, opacity, rotation and position. Use the seam section when the mark must cross page edges.

Review and export
Check the first, last and content-dense pages, then create a new stamped PDF.
02 / KEY CONTROLS
Know what each setting changes.
Regular stamp
Places the complete image inside each selected page. Click the preview to refine a page-specific position.
Cross-page seal
Splits the seal across selected page edges. Use a narrow edge, a sensible position ratio and enough selected pages.
Source quality
Prefer a sharp transparent PNG. JPG backgrounds can create a white rectangle behind a seal or signature.
03 / CONFIGURATION REFERENCE
Read the configuration as a working spec.
Do not memorize labels in isolation. Check what each control changes, then read its defaults, dependencies and practical starting point.

Stamp source
- Purpose and impact
- Chooses the preset or image used as the visible mark.
- Default / valid options
- Preset labels or a custom PNG/JPG/JPEG image; default PAID.
- Prerequisite / dependency
- A PDF must be loaded; a custom image must be selected before it can be used. The same source feeds normal and seam modes.
- Recommendation and use case
- Start with a transparent PNG with clean edges; use a preset when you only need a status label.

Normal page scope
- Purpose and impact
- Decides which pages receive the complete stamp.
- Default / valid options
- None, all pages (default), all except first, first only or last only.
- Prerequisite / dependency
- Normal stamping must be enabled and the PDF page count must be available. This control does not select arbitrary individual pages.
- Recommendation and use case
- Use All pages for a complete record; skip the cover when it should remain clean.

Normal size
- Purpose and impact
- Scales the stamp relative to the PDF page without stretching it.
- Default / valid options
- 10%-200%; default 100%.
- Prerequisite / dependency
- Normal stamping must be enabled.
- Recommendation and use case
- Start around 70%-110%, then enlarge only when the mark is hard to spot.

Normal opacity
- Purpose and impact
- Controls how strongly the stamp sits over source text.
- Default / valid options
- 20%-100%; default 88%.
- Prerequisite / dependency
- Normal stamping must be enabled.
- Recommendation and use case
- Use about 70%-90% on text-heavy pages so the source remains readable.

Normal rotation
- Purpose and impact
- Tilts the complete stamp on each selected page.
- Default / valid options
- -45° to 45°; default -12°.
- Prerequisite / dependency
- Normal stamping must be enabled.
- Recommendation and use case
- Use 0° for formal documents; add a small tilt only when the design calls for it.

Seam page scope
- Purpose and impact
- Selects the pages whose edges receive split seal pieces.
- Default / valid options
- None (default), all, odd, even or a custom page selection.
- Prerequisite / dependency
- The PDF needs at least two pages and seam mode must be enabled. Custom selection is changed with the current-page toggle.
- Recommendation and use case
- Use All for a continuous packet; use Custom for one signed section.

Seam edge and position
- Purpose and impact
- Sets the page edge and the point along that edge.
- Default / valid options
- Top, bottom, left or right (default right); position ratio 0%-100%, default 50%.
- Prerequisite / dependency
- Seam mode must be enabled and at least two pages selected.
- Recommendation and use case
- Right edge at 50% is a safe start; move away from corners and bindings.

Seam size and opacity
- Purpose and impact
- Scales the full seal before splitting it and controls its visual strength.
- Default / valid options
- Size 10%-200% (default 100%); opacity 20%-100% (default 86%).
- Prerequisite / dependency
- Seam mode must be enabled.
- Recommendation and use case
- Start at 80%-120% size and 70%-90% opacity, then verify each edge piece.

Maximum segments
- Purpose and impact
- Caps how many pieces one seam group can create.
- Default / valid options
- 1-200; default 20.
- Prerequisite / dependency
- Seam mode must be enabled; it matters only with multiple pages.
- Recommendation and use case
- Set it to the participating page count, or keep 20 for ordinary documents.
04 / EXPORT CHECKS
Confirm these three things before delivery.
- A visible stamp is not a certificate-backed digital signature or identity verification.
- Keep the original PDF and compare the output before sharing it.
- For restricted files, follow your organisation policy and choose an offline workflow when required.
