Product identity
PDF SealBox names, logos, visual identity and branded screenshots should not be reused in a way that implies sponsorship or creates a competing service.
Your files and outputs
You keep responsibility for the source PDF, uploaded images, trademarks and the exported document. The tool does not grant rights you did not already have.
GENERALLY OK
Use the result for your own work.
- Process files you own or are authorized to handle.
- Use the generated PDF in your internal, client or office workflow.
- Quote short excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the source page.
- Share feedback, corrections or accessibility concerns with the team.
CHECK BEFORE YOU COPY
Do not reuse the site as a template.
- Do not republish full articles, guides or page sections without permission.
- Do not copy the site design, brand or documentation for a competing service.
- Do not upload seals, logos, signatures or trademarks without authorization.
- Do not present a visible stamp as proof of ownership, identity or legal validity.
