What this policy covers
PDF SealBox supports browser-based PDF workflows, including visible stamps, signature images, approval marks and cross-page seals. This policy applies to the website, its PDF tools and related informational pages.
02 / BROWSER PROCESSING
How local processing works
For common browser-based workflows, PDF files and stamp images are processed locally in your browser when supported. The browser-side application reads the selected file to render a preview and create a new output.
We do not intentionally store uploaded PDF files for the browser stamping workflow. Browser processing still requires the page to load scripts and basic resources, and your browser, extensions, operating system and device remain part of the environment.
03 / FILES AND IMAGES
What happens to your source material
PDFs and stamp images may be read by browser-side libraries to render previews and generate results. The downloaded file is a new output; the original source file is not overwritten by the workflow.
Only use files and seal images that you are authorised to process. For highly confidential contracts, regulated documents or internal company files, consider an offline desktop workflow.
04 / TECHNICAL DATA
Information the site may process
Like most websites, PDF SealBox may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, security logs, analytics events, referrer URLs and cookie-based signals. This information helps operate, secure and understand the service.
